It is a cost-effective computer software solution designed to automate the accounting process in MDAs of the Government of Nigeria and private organisations by providing timely and consistently accurate reports that help align operational processes and maximise efficiency in the system.
Pliny E implements the Cash-Based Accounting model so you can meet the reporting requirements of the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF)). It also implements Accrual-Based model so you can, without duplicate data entry, meet the reporting requirements of your external auditors.
The Software is fully in compliance with IPSAS and IFRS standard.

1. How do I access Pliny E Financials?
Locate the application icon (bicycle) on the desktop and double-click on it. Click on Login to enter Login ID and password after the application loads.
2. How do I add a New Employee record?
Click on Catalog menu >> staff list >> Add New, then fill the Employee profile form and click on Save. Click Yes to confirm the save operation.
