The HR software is designed to automate and support basic personnel administration functions by providing timely and consistently accurate reports that help align operational processes and maximise efficiency in the system. Using our software, you will be able to capture basic employee profile such as Personal Information, Employment Details, Citizenship information, Contact Information and Employee Photo. It will provide for the capture of extended profile data such as employment history, military service (where applicable), qualifications, relations, schools attended, skills etcetera.

1. How do I access Pliny E Financials?
Locate the application icon (bicycle) on the desktop and double-click on it. Click on Login to enter Login ID and password after the application loads.
2. How do I add a New Employee record?
Click on Catalog menu >> staff list >> Add New, then fill the Employee profile form and click on Save. Click Yes to confirm the save operation.
